What you'll do

• Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end-user help requests
• gather issue details and escalate when needed
• use diagnostic tools and knowledge resources
• install and upgrade software and hardware
• configure and deploy computers, mobile devices, network equipment, printers, and peripherals
• perform standard user setup and preventive maintenance
• test fixes and follow up
• create help sheets and FAQs
• administer accounts, badges, licenses, and audits.
