What you'll do

• Maintain accounting records and prepare financial reports
• analyze variances
• establish and monitor accounting policies and procedures
• coordinate budgeting and projections
• monitor financial performance, cash flow, capital expenditures, and reserves
• liaise with Board Finance and Audit Committees
• lead audits and prepare audit and tax schedules
• coordinate donor-restricted fund accounting
• analyze costs and program impacts
• oversee deadlines, funder reporting, filings, banking, and accounts payable
• manage and develop accounting staff.
