What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documentation
• maintain accounts payable records and reconcile vendor statements
• prepare customer invoices and maintain accounts receivable records
• apply and verify payments
• monitor aging and follow up on overdue balances
• assist with collections
• research routine discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues
• assist with reconciliations
• maintain electronic records
• communicate with vendors, customers, and internal team members
• follow accounting procedures and internal controls
• protect confidential information.
