Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Identify and report safety hazards and property issues
• perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, floor maintenance, painting, minor roof repairs, and exterior projects
• maintain pool and exercise equipment as needed
• participate in preventive maintenance
• prepare shift reports
• respond to emergencies as required.
