The superintendent leads field operations from project start through completion, coordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, materials, inspections, and site logistics. The role supports safe, quality construction and successful delivery of tilt-up industrial and commercial projects.

What you'll do

• Lead daily field operations
• supervise subcontractors, crews, vendors, and construction activities
• coordinate schedules, materials, inspections, and site logistics
• partner with project managers on schedules and costs
• oversee tilt-up concrete construction
• champion safety and quality
• review drawings and specifications
• resolve field challenges
• coordinate final inspections and punch lists. Occasional out-of-town travel or temporary relocation may be required.
