What you'll do

• Administer medications according to the six rights
• count and document narcotics
• manage medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, verifying, storing, dating, and removing medications
• report discrepancies and low supplies
• clean and restock medication carts
• compare current and new MARs at changeover
• provide personal care as needed
• take and document vital signs, temperatures, blood pressure, and weights
• maintain daily logs.
