• Assess end-to-end data-modeling lifecycle processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Create and execute manual test plans and cases for key workflows.
• Define a testing strategy and automation roadmap, including automation candidates and integration points.
• Document findings and deliver assessments and a phased roadmap with measurable success criteria.
