What you'll do

• Follow supervisor instructions
• work with the crew as a helper
• keep the work area clean and organized
• maximize assigned piece-rate speed
• cross-train as needed
• complete production, safety, and quality reports
• submit equipment work orders and support proactive equipment maintenance
• switch duties with the First Helper as needed
• follow company and safety procedures
• support production schedules
• and read a tape measure.
