What you'll do

• Clean sidewalks, floors, common areas, basement, rear yard, airshaft, sewer trap, and roof
• remove and sort garbage and recycling
• replace burned-out bulbs
• report tenant moves, defects, illegal activity, and accidents to management
• clear snow and apply salt as needed
• keep vacant apartments clean and locked
• maintain supplies
• supervise approved outside contractors and utility companies
• and remove obstructions from fire egress and public areas.
