What you'll do

• Develop and implement resident service standards
• evaluate resident needs and services
• support move-in and orientation
• provide direct care as needed
• document resident status and report significant changes
• communicate with families, physicians, and pharmacists
• protect resident rights
• ensure regulatory compliance
• coach and develop staff
• oversee staffing and schedules
• maintain records, budgets, and management reports.
