Warehouse & Materials Coordinator

Job overview

The Warehouse & Materials Coordinator role is primarily based onsite in Bremerton, Washington, with regular travel to vendors, properties, and job sites throughout the company portfolio. Pay is $22–$24 per hour. The role supports Elevated Property Services’ Commercial Maintenance, Cleaning, and Carpet Cleaning divisions. The coordinator manages warehouse operations and inventory so field teams have the materials, tools, and equipment needed for scheduled work. The role connects warehouse and field operations through receiving, tracking, staging, delivery, purchasing, vehicle stock management, and safe storage practices.

What you'll do

• Manage warehouse organization, cleanliness, and security
• receive and verify shipments
• maintain inventory records and reorder levels
• conduct cycle counts
• order supplies and follow up on purchase orders
• issue and track materials and tools
• prepare and stage job kits
• deliver materials to properties and job sites
• maintain service vehicle stock and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance
• manage safety data sheets and hazardous-material storage
• coordinate waste disposal
• maintain PPE inventory
• travel to properties as needed
• respond to urgent or after-hours material needs when necessary.
