Project/Program Manager – Community Engagement

Job overview

The Project/Program Manager – Community Engagement role is onsite in Arlington, VA, with compensation of $95–$100 per hour. The role supports expansion of a drone delivery service into new communities through public affairs, community engagement, and event management. The manager leads community-facing programs, explains drone delivery operations to local audiences, and gathers feedback for internal teams. Project planning, stakeholder relationships, and coordinated event execution help improve the customer and community experience as the service expands.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute community engagement events, public affairs programs, stakeholder visits, and other initiatives
• explain drone delivery operations and answer community questions
• coordinate vendors, event logistics, staffing, schedules, and cross-functional resources
• build relationships with community stakeholders, public policy representatives, and internal teams
• collect and communicate customer and community feedback
• develop project plans, processes, and deliverables and resolve issues.

Why this role
