Sales Lead

The Sales Lead role is onsite in Napa, CA. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour, plus an incentive compensation plan tied to individual sales performance. The role supports Lucchese store leadership and its luxury customer experience. The Sales Lead helps execute store strategy on the sales floor by driving individual and team results, coaching peers, and reinforcing service and brand standards. When assigned, the lead may serve as shift leader or Leader on Duty, while escalating strategic or employment-related matters to store management.

Why this role
