The Clinical Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is hybrid in Overland Park, KS, with pay of $55–$65 per hour. R&R Collaborative Therapy Services provides behavior analytic and related therapy services, with a stated goal of helping clients reach milestones and build skills for independence and happiness. The analyst assesses clients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides or models evidence-based treatment. The role also supports staff training and collaborates with families, caregivers, and other professionals to coordinate client care and progress.

What you'll do

• Conduct intakes and assessments
• create individualized treatment plans
• facilitate group and individual treatments using evidence-based methods
• maintain accurate documentation and data systems
• educate and train staff on behavioral and skill-acquisition protocols
• provide staff feedback
• collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and outside professionals
• model and support one-to-one and group treatment
• attend team meetings.
