What you'll do

• Compute cost factors and prepare construction estimates
• support planning, scheduling, bids, and vendor or subcontractor selection
• review market potential and bid opportunities with Marketing
• discuss estimates with clients and vendors
• identify cost trends and process-improvement opportunities.
