Operations and Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Operations and Maintenance Technician role is onsite at Regenis’s Hartley, TX location and pays $25–$32 per hour. Regenis builds and operates anaerobic digesters on dairy farms as part of its work to reuse resources and support cleaner energy and family farms. The technician helps keep digester operations safe and reliable by monitoring equipment, troubleshooting operating issues, and performing routine mechanical maintenance. The role works with internal colleagues and outside contractors to support site operations and equipment reliability.

What you'll do

• Promote personal and process safety
• maintain daily logs and reports
• develop and implement equipment isolation plans such as Lockout/Tagout
• troubleshoot operational issues using collected data
• maintain pumps, motors, blowers, compressors, and other equipment
• record instrument readings
• change oil and filters
• clean separator screens and maintain site housekeeping.
