What you'll do

• Model and design protein structures
• build bioinformatics workflows for sequence and structural analysis
• perform molecular cloning, PCR, DNA and RNA isolation, bacterial transformation, and mutagenesis
• express, purify, and characterize proteins
• collaborate with imaging and cell biology teams to test computational predictions
• develop computational pipelines and visualization tools
• document and communicate results.
