The Certified Medical Assistant role is onsite in Rapid City, SD. Compensation is $21.93–$32.89 per hour. The position supports the organization’s mission and patient-centered Medical Home model through coordinated, culturally responsive care. The CMA provides delegated clinical and administrative support to licensed providers, helping deliver accessible, continuous, whole-person care. The role supports patient engagement, care coordination, accurate documentation, and quality and safety across the care continuum.

What you'll do

• Perform delegated clinical tasks under licensed supervision, including injections, immunizations, venipuncture, waived labs, EKGs, and treatments
• conduct patient intake and document in the EHR
• administer medications and vaccines as directed
• prepare patients and exam rooms
• assist providers during examinations and procedures
• report changes in patient condition
• provide directed education and follow-up instructions
• support referrals and care transitions
• maintain records, clinic organization, equipment, and supplies
• participate in meetings, training, and quality improvement.
