Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Specialist role is onsite in Align Technology’s Raleigh, NC office; pay is $28.85 per hour. The role supports new dental customers and doctors using Invisalign and iTero products and sales strategies. The specialist builds customer confidence and supports revenue growth through consultative training, customer support, lead generation, and coordination with field sales and other internal teams.

What you'll do

• Generate leads, conduct virtual demonstrations, research potential accounts, and execute sales strategy
• respond to customer inquiries and build relationships with doctors and staff
• coordinate with field sales and internal resources
• assess account capabilities and recommend training
• provide clinical support by reviewing patient data
• comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and other privacy requirements
• meet KPIs, quotas, and company goals.
