What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines
• load and unload raw materials
• interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work orders
• adjust machine settings
• perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• deburr, clean, or prepare parts as needed
• monitor performance and troubleshoot minor issues
• perform routine maintenance
• maintain production logs
• follow safety and PPE requirements
• and coordinate with programmers, supervisors, and other departments.
