Emergency Department Medical Director

What you'll do

• Conduct rapid patient evaluations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Manage clinical presentations including trauma and cardiovascular events.
• Deliver stabilization interventions.
• Perform emergency procedures.
• Coordinate patient transfers.
• Make critical clinical decisions.
• Address rural health challenges.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Review and update ED policies and protocols.
• Supervise and mentor APPs and nursing staff.
• Partner with EMS Director.
• Lead disaster preparedness planning.
