Business Manager / Full-Charge Bookkeeper

What you'll do

• Enter and code transactions
• set up jobs, invoice customers, record deposits, process vendor bills, support job costing, and prepare commissions for approval
• manage onboarding and employee files
• track certificates of insurance, licenses, renewals, and registrations
• handle office supplies and vendor accounts
• maintain weekly scorecards and participate in leadership meetings.
