• Ask customers about their needs and recommend phones, plans, home internet, tablets, and accessories
• explain options and close sales
• track goals and use coaching
• process activations, upgrades, payments, and account changes accurately while protecting customer information
• maintain a clean, stocked, customer-ready store and follow cash, inventory, and security procedures.
