Orthopedic Testing & Outgoing Referral Representative

The Orthopedic Testing & Outgoing Referral Representative role is onsite in Hyannis, MA. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. What you'll do

• Serve as liaison among patients, orthopedic providers, diagnostic facilities, and insurers
• communicate testing instructions and follow-up plans
• submit referral paperwork and track referral status
• schedule diagnostic tests and verify orders and protocols
• coordinate with imaging centers
• obtain pre-authorizations when required
• enter referrals, orders, results, and notes in the EMR
• follow up on outstanding results
• maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• collaborate with clinical staff.
