The Certified Appraiser role is hybrid, based out of Worthington, MN, with up to 50% remote work. Compensation is $67,700–$91,500 per year. What you'll do

• Apply approved appraisal practices to develop supported value conclusions
• prepare market value reports
• complete benchmark studies
• develop an external book of business
• inspect properties and sales when applicable
• document property characteristics
• collect and analyze market data
• research building costs and depreciation
• provide market information to departments and clients
• maintain the Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license and mentor Associate Appraisers.
