What you'll do

• Greet customers and schedule commercial truck and fleet service
• open, update, and close repair orders
• communicate vehicle status, completion estimates, and repair recommendations
• coordinate work with diesel technicians
• review findings and prepare estimates
• research warranty coverage, recalls, and service information
• document labor, parts, and customer concerns
• monitor work in progress
• and support department productivity and customer satisfaction.
