The role also oversees core HR programs, develops the HR team, and uses metrics and process improvements to support organizational growth and accountability.

What you'll do

• Lead HR strategy across multiple locations
• assess and improve HR organization, processes, responsibilities, and accountability
• develop scalable policies, procedures, systems, and controls
• partner on organizational structure, workforce and succession planning, and talent strategy
• establish job architecture and compensation practices
• strengthen performance management
• coach leaders on employee relations and organizational effectiveness
• oversee investigations and corrective actions
• ensure employment-law compliance
• oversee onboarding, benefits, employee relations, training, compensation, and HRIS
• develop HR metrics
• evaluate HR technology and processes
• build and lead the HR team
• partner with Talent Acquisition and operational leadership
• support organizational changes and facility expansions.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred. Requires 10+ years of progressive HR experience and 5+ years leading HR teams or a substantial HR function. Manufacturing experience and HR transformation experience are strongly preferred. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable certification is preferred.
