Assistant Athletic Director

It helps keep the program organized and inclusive while supporting policy compliance and relationships among Scholars, staff, families, and community partners.

What you'll do

• Coordinate practice, game, and tournament schedules across fall, winter, and spring seasons and maintain schedules in TeamSnap. Support practices, competitions, and game-day operations
• arrange event transportation
• organize equipment and storage and assist with inventory
• promote inclusive participation, character development, and academic-first priorities
• support program policies
• maintain team and staff records
• and complete other duties assigned by the Athletic Director.

Why this role

Requires current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications, a valid driver’s license, SafeSport certification, background checks, and two to three years of relevant experience. Availability for late afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays and Sundays during peak sports seasons is required.
