The Senior Program Manager, People Experience role is fully remote for candidates residing in the United States, excluding Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, West Virginia, Wyoming, and U.S. territories. Base salary is $165,000–$199,000 per year. The role supports Zoox’s People Experience team and Talent Acquisition organization. The program manager builds and operates the planning, reporting, and vendor systems that help Talent hire efficiently at scale. The role translates business growth targets into hiring plans, leads Talent Operations initiatives, and coordinates cross-functional programs and reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead Talent Operations initiatives, including the Referral Rewards Program, requisition administration, process improvements, and tooling rollouts. Own hiring capacity planning methodology and executive reporting. Plan and execute large-scale industry conferences, including budgets, vendors, and logistics. Support interview standardization and Talent enablement as needed. Partner with Recruiting leadership, HRIS, Legal, and vendors
• maintain data governance and reporting quality. Support responsible adoption of AI tools and processes in interviewing and recruiting with Legal and Employment Law.
