What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets
• respond to credential and access-control inquiries
• verify applicant identity and collect required documents and biometric data
• ensure forms are complete
• validate document authenticity
• protect sensitive information and data integrity
• explain enrollment steps to applicants
• maintain enrollment records and tracking spreadsheets
• follow current policies and procedures
• attend local hiring events three to four times a month as business needs vary.
