What you'll do

• Exchange cash, coin, slot vouchers, and table-game chips
• count funds and maintain player accounts
• enroll guests and redeem coupons
• explain A-Play membership benefits
• promote casino events
• verify identification when needed
• bundle and label funds
• use automated counting machines and cashing procedures
• complete slot and table-game fills and jackpot payouts
• follow Iowa gaming regulations, internal controls, SOPs, and currency transaction reporting rules
• balance and reconcile cash drawers and banks
• respond to guest inquiries and communicate activities to supervisors
• perform vault activities when assigned.
