Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) position is onsite in Bozeman, MT. Compensation is $40–$44 per hour, with additional on-call pay. Stillwater Hospice is a regional hospice company serving Montana and two other states. The nurse provides direct hospice care and implements the plan of care to support patient outcomes and end-of-life needs. The role includes assessment, symptom management, patient and caregiver education, timely documentation, and coordination with the interdisciplinary hospice team.

What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care, including end-of-life nursing duties
• assist with on-call and PRN needs
• implement nursing practice based on assessment and the plan of care
• document services
• educate patients and caregivers
• coordinate hospice services with the interdisciplinary group
• use equipment and supplies safely
• manage pain and symptoms and evaluate responses to treatments and medications
• participate in quality improvement activities.
