Rental Coordinator

What you'll do

• Manage rental inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• coordinate reservations, availability checks, and equipment selection
• process rental contracts and agreements
• coordinate with operations on maintenance, repairs, and inventory
• arrange deliveries and pickups
• resolve rental issues
• provide product, pricing, and policy information
• assist customers with equipment selection
• address concerns and feedback
• promote additional services or products
• follow up after rentals.
