What you'll do

• Respond to assigned customer inquiries and communicate order status
• coordinate delivery logistics and schedules
• maintain customer portal metrics and records
• monitor critical parts and schedule disruptions and coordinate recovery plans
• update customer demand in the ERP system
• manage quotes, purchase orders, schedule changes, shipments, and specifications
• review solicitations, RFQs, order entries, and contracts
• support proposals and contract pricing
• resolve customer issues and payment discrepancies
• coordinate returns and order processing.
