The role supports Pine Street Inn’s Outreach Department and its work with unsheltered guests. This position helps participants navigate housing placement and sustain permanent housing through a Housing First approach. It coordinates practical housing steps and provides office- and community-based stabilization services in collaboration with Outreach Specialists and Clinicians.

What you'll do

• Provide housing navigation support to unsheltered guests
• organize document collection, enroll clients in mainstream benefits, complete housing applications, accompany guests to unit showings and lease signings, and refer them to community services. Provide stabilization services after placement and, during extreme weather, support emergency street outreach with BHOT as needed.
