• Consult with leaders and hiring managers on position descriptions, compensation, and sourcing
• screen resumes, conduct phone screens, administer assessments, schedule interviews, recommend selections, and close qualified candidates
• research recruiting sources
• participate in career fairs and community partnerships
• maintain job postings
• prepare staffing reports and workforce plans
• promote referral participation and internal advancement paths.
