Production Assembler I – 2nd Shift is an onsite role in Lynnwood, WA, scheduled Monday–Friday, 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Compensation is $20.76–$25.87 per hour. The assembler manufactures aerospace and defense products at Crane Aerospace & Electronics. Working under supervision, the assembler performs assigned production processes to build products to military and other assembly standards. The work supports product quality through component preparation, assembly, testing, inspection, and adherence to safety and manufacturing procedures.

What you'll do

• Perform assembly tasks
• prepare, clean, mark, and inspect components and assemblies
• test finished assemblies
• set up and operate equipment
• follow hazardous-material safety procedures
• report quality or process issues
• participate in area cleaning and improvement meetings
• complete training
• support 5S, KPI, standard work, and problem-solving initiatives
• perform inventory counts and possible repair or rework.
