What you'll do

• Work with department leaders and frontline employees to map workflows, define requirements, and validate solutions
• own the roadmap and backlog with the VP
• lead distributed developers and development partners
• build production AI and integrations using LangGraph/LangChain, APIs, and MCP
• design and build platform components using AWS, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Python/FastAPI, and TypeScript/React/Next.js
• oversee testing, release readiness, adoption, monitoring, and support handoffs
• measure business results. Periodic travel to AFC locations is stated.
