What you'll do
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments according to orders and agency policies
- assist with activities of daily living and mobility
- implement approved behavioral support and crisis intervention strategies when needed
- accompany individuals to appointments and community activities
- support individual plans
- monitor and report health and safety concerns
- document care
- collaborate with the RN, program director, families, and interdisciplinary team.
