What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance, carpentry, drywall, masonry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, window, door, and lock repairs, painting, cleaning, snow removal, and landscaping
• pick up and deliver supplies
• participate in the weekly on-call rotation for emergencies
• work 40 or more hours as needed, including nights and weekends.
