What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve questions about product selection, installation, specifications, and technical applications
• support customers by phone, email, and in person
• document interactions in CRM and POS systems
• provide technical guidance to sales and account teams
• conduct product demonstrations and training as needed
• maintain product knowledge and document recurring issues
• follow safety, showroom, warehouse, and customer-service procedures.
