In-Home Caregiver

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and household support
• assist with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned
• follow client-specific care plans
• support mobility and transfers only as trained and authorized
• prepare meals and provide hydration reminders
• complete approved light housekeeping
• document care and observations
• report changes and safety concerns
• provide medication reminders only as authorized
• transport clients only when approved.
