Bilingual Attendance and Engagement Specialist

What you'll do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret attendance data
• create reports, dashboards, graphs, and visualizations
• develop and monitor attendance action plans
• identify and monitor students with attendance concerns
• conduct daily outreach to students and families
• conduct home visits as needed
• connect families with school and community resources
• provide Spanish-English interpretation and translate school communications
• coordinate attendance interventions and case management
• collaborate with school teams and external agencies
• maintain confidential records and prepare required reports
• support school-wide initiatives and front-office operations as needed.

Why this role
