What you'll do

• Develop new business and expand existing relationships
• identify commercial borrowers’ needs and gather financial information
• market, originate, and manage commercial and member business loans
• explain loan options, rates, terms, and collateral requirements
• negotiate credit terms and repayment schedules
• present loans beyond delegated authority to the loan committee
• monitor portfolio performance and risk ratings
• identify deteriorating loans
• ensure compliance with credit union policies and applicable regulations
• represent the credit union at community functions.
