Lead Infant Teacher

The Lead Infant Teacher role is onsite at the Twinsburg, OH center, with pay of $16–$20 per hour. BrightPath Kids, formerly Young Explorers, is part of a global childcare community and provides early childhood education and care. The lead teacher creates a safe, nurturing classroom and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Working with teachers and families, the role supports children’s safety, exploration, learning, and development through age-appropriate activities and ongoing communication.

What you'll do

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages six weeks to 12 years in an assigned classroom
• create developmentally appropriate curriculum
• plan programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles
• maintain a warm, safe, and clean environment
• partner with families on care and education plans
• communicate with parents and guardians about children.
