Infant/Toddler Teacher

The Infant/Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Woodstock, MD. Pay is $18–$21 per hour. Celebree Schools’ stated mission is to protect, educate, and nurture children in their care. What you'll do

• Manage the classroom in compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations and company standards
• create a welcoming classroom environment
• maintain classroom displays and parent information boards
• prepare and implement lesson plans
• supervise children and use positive discipline techniques
• maintain classroom cleanliness and safety
• complete classroom paperwork
• communicate with parents about concerns, feedback, development, and classroom activities
• work with the assistant teacher or school director to address classroom needs.

Why this role

Requires 90 clock hours in Child Development and Curriculum Planning plus 45 clock hours of Infant/Toddler Training, or 90 clock hours in Infant/Toddler Child Development and Curriculum. Maryland state credential Level 5 is listed. An associate degree or college-credit equivalent in early childhood education or higher is preferred.
