Program: Tooele Outpatient Services. Pay : dependent on certification status. Uncertified Case Manager range starts at $17.50 - Uncertified Case Manager will obtain certification within the first 120 days and pay will be increased. Certified Case Manager range starts at $19.25 - Certified Case Manager pay is calculated based on years of certified experience.
