Lead Technician, Assembly Testing

The Lead Technician, Assembly Testing role is onsite in Devens, MA, with compensation of $36–$41 per hour. The lead technician performs hands-on mechanical testing and guides a small technician crew, helping execute testing safely, accurately, and efficiently alongside assembly work.

• Lead a small team of technicians in field testing activities
• perform mechanical testing, including pneumatic pressure proofing and helium leak detection
• guide technicians and promote safe, effective work
• identify and report issues
• complete test documentation
