What you'll do

• Prepare food for daily meal service by washing, peeling, portioning, and setting up trays
• clean dishes, equipment, floors, and storage areas
• transport meal carts to units and return them
• follow portion, temperature, and diet-card instructions
• work with cooks and follow the kitchen supervisor’s direction.
