What you'll do

• Support personalized recovery goals and wellness plans
• model recovery and resilience using lived experience appropriately
• participate in new-client orientation
• conduct outreach by phone, email, mail, and in-person community contact
• provide one-on-one peer services and peer-led groups
• assist with life skills, benefits and housing applications, system navigation, and community integration
• coordinate with clinical staff and case managers
• document services in the electronic health record.
